Description of the flag

Today there was a report in German TV ZDF from Chaman, a border crossing between Pakistan and Afghanistan. You can watch it at: http://www.zdf.de/ZDFmediathek/hauptnavigation/nachrichten#/beitrag/video/955536/Chaman:-Zwischen-Taliban-und-dem-Westen/. During the report, there are some flags to see including an orange-red-orange-grey flag with a coat of arms in the office of
the border security commander of Balochistan.
